2. Custom Artwork and Designs

  • All artwork featured on our products is either created by Off The Leash or provided by artists/customers for custom print purposes.
  • You acknowledge that custom designs submitted by you do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights of third parties. Off The Leash reserves the right to refuse any design submissions deemed inappropriate or infringing on such rights.

3. Product Information

  • We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.
  • All product details, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice at our discretion.

4. Ordering Process

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your order carefully, as changes cannot be made once production begins.
  • Custom orders are final and non-refundable, unless there is a defect in the product.
  • All sales of custom printed products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

5. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Off The Leash is not responsible for shipping delays once the product has been dispatched.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at CustomerService@off-the-leash.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Products must be unused and in the original condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.
